Plant proteins : Christophe Sirugue, French Secretary of State for Industry inaugurated the Tereos pilot unit

Today, at an event attended by Christophe Sirugue, French Secretary of State for Industry, Digital and Innovation, Alexis Duval, CEO of Tereos, inaugurated a pilot unit to produce food based on plant proteins on the site of Markosheim. This innovation will be commercialised under the brand name “Le sauté végétal” on the mass catering market.
