From May 15 to 19, Tereos is running Learning Week. The objective: to promote the advantages of workplace learning for employees. The development of skills is a priority for the Group, which has set up an in-house training school, the Tereos Academy.
Promoting the Benefits of Continuous Learning
With Tereos Learning Week, Group employees are invited to discover the tools and content at their disposal to facilitate their daily work and develop their talents to progress. It is an opportunity to get involved and participate in dynamic and creative educational activities that promote learning and stimulate interest. This initiative is also an opportunity to practically address the behavioural efficiency model.
Tereos Commits to Employee Training with the Tereos Academy
The Group launched the Tereos Academy in 2015. The objective: to develop the skills and career paths of its employees, while accelerating the emergence of a common culture and behavioural skill sets.
The Tereos Academy develops programmes in four complementary areas: corporate, management, core activities and specific programmes. Distance or classroom training, varied topics, etc., all resources are good for learning. The teaching methods are adapted to each training course and new topics are proposed each year.
