The first wave of events will take place on Saturdays up until January, while the second wave is scheduled for the 2020-21 Campaign.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who is invited?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., public authorities, local partners, and the regional and local press are invited to attend these Open Days. From 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the plants\u2019 employees and the cooperative associates for each site are invited to come and share this unique experience with their families (Children aged 14 years and older are allowed on all sites except for the Artenay site, where the minimum age requirement is 16 years old<em>)<\/em>. Guided tours lasting around 30 minutes will be organized in each plant to allow families to look around the production sites, and to learn about the sugar and starch manufacturing processes. Raw materials!<\/p>\n<p>In this respect, the Thumeries site is taking part in this initiative by also opening its doors to the general public and to schools. Tasting workshops, quizzes, and guided tours will be organized.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to take part in the Open Days, it is very simple!
