Following its meeting on 19 September 2023, the Board of Directors appointed Olivier Leducq Managing Director of the cooperative Tereos.<\/p>\n
Olivier\u2019s appointment reflects the Board\u2019s desire for continuity, with Tereos\u2019 recovery is already well underway. Together with the Board of Directors, Olivier Leducq\u2019s main responsibilities will be accelerating and completing Tereos\u2019 agricultural, industrial and commercial progress plans, while drawing up a strategic roadmap for the next few years.<\/p>\n
Driven by solid growth and improving results, Tereos now needs to confirm its recovery and further reduce its debt in the face of rising interest rates, while developing its decarbonisation project, based on the SBTi FLAG commitment, and identifying future avenues for growth.<\/p>\n
