Annual report 2018-19 : a strategy for the future
This year, our Annual Report demonstrates our ability to be forward-thinking. This has enabled us to develop a solid model and carry out transformations to stay one step ahead, and prepare for the future with confidence. We have set ourselves three strategic focuses: operational excellence, controlling the impact of volatility, and adapting to changes in consumer expectations.
Among other things, this strategy covers our sustainable development commitment and the continued internationalization and diversification of the Group’s product range. It allows us to support our customers around the world and to strengthen collaboration with our partners for a more sustainable offering.
This Annual Report highlights in particular the teams’ actions with regard to Ambitions 2022 as well as the first round of promising feedback for this program. Finally, our partners reflect on the joint actions taken to build a more sustainable offering.
